Numero Uno Coffee

During my consulting stint with Numero Uno Coffee Roasters, I recognized their precarious lease situation at their current location. I scouted and secured a newly renovated, DA-approved coffee roasting facility just 4kms away, and facilitated a smooth transition during the move.

Leveraging my extensive network, I managed the lease negotiation process and coordinated the relocation of their roastery equipment using specialist removalists. The cost came in tens of thousands of dollars less than their previous move. I then planned the floorplan layout of the new setup, incorporating a café, retail area and tasting space.

For the 2021 Alive Festival, I secured a standout presence with a branded coffee cart. My involvement encompassed sourcing a well-equipped coffee caravan, installing a tow bar on the work van, and designing, producing, and installing custom signage. On the festival day I managed the logistics and setup, even driving the caravan and the team to Gosford and back.

Additionally, I designed new Decaf info cards on craft paper and created OTT gold foil packaging for their luxurious Gesha blend. As a photographer, I captured the entire roasting process, product photos for their online store, festival photos and generated engaging content for social media.

Through my dedication and diverse skillset, I hope I contributed to Numero Uno growth and success, securing a new warehouse, cafe and office, increasing their brand presence at the Alive Festival and creating new packaging.
