I'm leading the Good-Work workplace wellness program in collaboration with commercial landlords EG and the Little BIG Foundation. Our focus is on enhancing the well-being of tenants and fostering a strong sense of community within five commercial office buildings around Australia.

I visited each building, engaging in one-on-one interviews with property managers and tenants to gain valuable insights into their work experiences. I reviewed the buildings floor by floor with facility managers to work out how to utilise unused spaces and empty vacancies. With this feedback, I co-designed a survey distributed to key tenants, aiming to involve their co-workers in the process.

Based on survey data, I designed a comprehensive 60-page report and engaging presentation for our clients. Together, we proposed community and well-being programs to the landlords, and I'll be overseeing the roll-out of these activities to all five office buildings later this year and into 2024.

My role encompasses a range of tasks, from crafting the program's name, logo, and identity design, to producing collateral like posters, flyers, banners, EDMs and online surveys. I am also involved in managing pop-up events to educate tenants on the program and get more filling in the survey, capturing the photography throughout the program and conducting the interviews to gather vital data.

It's an exciting project and I'm happy to be able to combine my experience running my co-working spaces, creativity and project management skills to bring the Good-Work program to life for the benefit of all involved.

My tasks so far:

  • Program name, logo and identity design (based on The Little BIG Foundation guidelines)

  • Collateral design and production - posters, flyers, banners, online survey, EDMs etc

  • Pop-up event design and logistics

  • All photography

  • Interviews, transcribing, compiling data

  • Survey roll-out

  • Report design - 60 page printed booklet ( I didn’t compile the data for the report)
